Through this youth program in the Heights, programs will be established to meet the needs of the Jersey City Community to participate in Service.  Teen Volunteers will utilize the Youth Building (Star LIte) as a central location to participate in or use the facility through the weekend program.  Art and Music programs will be introduced as the program progress.  Classes would be available in Art, Basic Guitar, and Piano introduction free on weekends. Volunteers would be used to assist in any programs generated by Star Lite Inc.
