The Arts and Service Project is to promote a program geared towards Jersey City Youths from 8th Grades through 12th Grades. This Contact Site is for Parents, guardians,  and/or youth volunteers to gain information on this project. Individual music classes would be available to both adults and children during the week.

The Youth Building is One Block South of St. Anne's Church on Kennedy Boularvard. Known as the Star Lite Building at 3487 Kennedy Blvd. in Jersey City (Thorne Street). This section of the City is known as the Heights near the Union City Border.
